In July, 2008, with the help of James Greene on camera, Dan Landrum
from Dulcimer Players News and Bing Futch, I recorded a video for the DPN podcast to show new players how to get started playing
the mountain dulcimer. The video is approximately nine minutes long. If you would like a quick lesson in getting
started on your instrument, click the video link below.
Don't forget that you can schedule private lessons at
a cost of $30 per 45 minute lesson. Time and location for lessons are arranged on an individual basis. You can
schedule one class for a specific issue or multiple classes. Individual lessons can be scheduled as needed without
committing to a series of weekly lessons.
So easy, even a baby can play!

Due to other schedule demands, I will not be teaching my regular group
classes at Union University during the spring 2011. However, private lessons are available at a cost of $30 per hour
and can be set at a mutually agreeable time and place. Instruments are available on loan for students who do not own
an instrument.
